Account Registration & Security
One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one ch444 account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all associated deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.
If multiple members from the same household or device register, ch444 may request additional information for verification.
Account Security & Password
You are personally responsible for keeping your ch444 account secure. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
- Not share your login details with anyone else.
- Notify ch444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- End your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
ch444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
ch444 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Identity verification may be required especially at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in delayed or suspended transactions. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name.
- Deposits via third parties are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
- ch444 reserves the right to decline any deposit request it deems suspicious.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- ch444 reserves the right to delay withdrawal requests for verification purposes.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at ch444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 per the cap, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
To claim the bonus, the relevant bonus code or option must be selected at the time of the first deposit after registration. The bonus cannot be claimed again afterwards.
Wagering Requirements
After activating the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount on the bonus portion only (not on the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) in wagers before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

- Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations — see the promotions page for details.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If the account is closed or suspended while wagering is in progress, the bonus will be forfeited.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer is valid for a specific period.
- One bonus cannot be combined with another at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
- ch444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus.
- If an attempt is made to abuse bonus benefits, the account may be closed.
- ch444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus it determines was obtained through abuse.

- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Organized or coordinated betting to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
- Attempting to alter game outcomes through fraud, hacking, or unauthorized software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Managing third-party accounts or placing bets on behalf of others.
- Using automated bots or scripts.
- Attempting to find vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
Fair Play & Game Integrity

Cashback Applicability
Weekly cashback is provided subject to specific conditions. Cashback may be credited as cash or as a bonus. ch444 reserves the right to change cashback rates and conditions, and any changes will be published on the platform. Accounts that are suspended or closed will not be eligible to receive cashback.
Sports Betting Rules
